Villa Moving Tips for UAE Summers

Book a 5am or 6am loading start. The truck interior stays cooler, the crew works faster and villa gates are quieter. Finish the heaviest furniture before 10am, then complete the internal placement after the new villa has been air-conditioned for at least two hours.

Never store wooden furniture, artwork or electronics in a parked truck between trips. If the move spans two days, everything must return to a climate-controlled space overnight.

Standard bubble wrap protects against knocks but traps condensation against polished wood. We add a breathable layer closest to the surface, then foam, then stretch film, and use silica gel in crates that hold electronics, leather or documents.

Mattresses need breathable bags rather than sealed plastic if they will be stored for more than a few days. Leather sofas should be conditioned before wrapping and kept upright during transport.
